ROBERTS: If I can just explain--

SCHUMER: Time's up, Judge Roberts.

ROBERTS: But--

SCHUMER: Can it. I've got to do Paula Zahn in an hour and I can't waste any more time with a man who thinks our Founding Fathers wanted thousands of black people to die in horrible floods.
