Hang the bastards from the overpass at O'Hare International. This doesn't suprise me in the least, my hold baggage was broken into at O'Hare, when you're travelling you don't have the luxury of sticking around to investigate. After that I tried to route through Atlanta, or Minneapolis. It wouldn't surprise me the find they get a reprimand and return to work - as baggage handlers.
