A car dealer in Missouri is offering a free AK-47 with the purchase of a new vehicle from his dealership, and it has a CNN reporterette quaking in her broadcast chair.
She seemed to be most offended that the dealership motto had both the terms of God and guns within the same sentence. The twit also had the idiocy to state ' I can understand the desire to protect oneself, I grew up with weapons in my childhood rural house, but using a "semi-assault" rifle is overkill' O RLY? I'm certain that her father probably had either a 30-30, 30-06 or 12 gauge shotgun, and there is certainly no quantitative difference in lethality between those weapons and an AK-47, but as usual, GFW "reporter" doesn't know her pretty derriere from a cess pit in the ground when it comes to weaponry. That fact doesn't stop her from trying to sow fear among her viewers about the Evil Guns to be released to spread havoc on society by "gasp!" believers in a Higher Deity.

I know who I'd buy my next vehicle from, if I lived in the 'show me' state. Heck, might even be worth a road trip, I need a new truck....

Funny thing about being a Nation run under the idea of The Rule of Law..would-be dictators soon run into the hard fact of life that our Law usually stymies their effort for total control. Justice may be slow, but in the end, it usually prevails.

Just for review, our Constitution states that to be eligible to run for President, one must:

1) Have reached an age of 35 or older, and,

2) Be a naturally born Citizen of the United States.

It is this second requirement that has the "Birthers" in such a state of anger. First of all, there has been no DEFINITIVE proof shown that the current occupant of the Oval Office was indeed, born in the U.S., and secondly, under our Immigration rules; even IF Barry WAS born in the U.S.; that "natural born" status was lost to him when he was adopted by a foreign national and moved to that foreign nationals home country to live. His mother's status as a Native Citizen was not enough for him to retain his Citizenship, as she was too young and had lived outside America too long for that citizenship to be naturally conferred on Barry; under the BEST of circumstances,he would have held Dual Citizenship, and Dual Citizens are barred by the Constitution from holding the Office of President, Vice President, or Speaker of the House.

The FACT that Barrack Hussein Obama was legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro is not in dispute; the FACT that BHO was taken to live in Indonesia, Mr. Soetoro's homeland is not in dispute. The FACT that BHO OFFICIALLY lived in Indonesia as an INDONESIAN CITIZEN seems to be officially ignored by the Democratic Party, the Congress, and certainly the MSM.

Somebody help me out here. If our Constitution states that dual citizens are not eligible to serve as President, HOW did Barry get around this little detail?

It was KNOWN by BOTH the Democratic and the Republican parties that this man was NOT ELIGIBLE to run for the office he now sits in; the Democrats didn't care about a little thing like legal eligibility, all they cared about was electability, and the Republicans didn't have the spine to insist on full investigation into the matter of eligibility because they were too frightened about the charges of Racism sure to follow any such demand.

The Republican's own candidate faced the same questions of eligibility and the manner in which the the two men responded demonstrates the difference between the two sides.
Faced with the question, John McCain promptly released every document he needed to to demonstrate that he was, in fact, eligible. McCain refused to make BHO's status an issue, despite the fact that the Democrats had rabidly tried to bar him (from running) by the same reasoning with far less evidence.

Barrack Hussein Obama Soetoro, on the other hand has STILL not released ANY documents to demonstrate that eligibility; indeed, he has spent over a million dollars and employed eleven separate law firms in the court fights to prevent the release of ANY of his documents.
There is no reason to take those type of actions unless there is something in those documents that would preclude this man from even running, much less holding, the Office of President.

The old adage that "where there is smoke, there is fire" would certainly seem to apply. Do we REALLY want a man in our highest Office that can't even be honest enough to stand the scrutiny required to be involved in high political office? One who by his policies has shown his disregard for the privacy of the ordinary Citizen in matters of Health-Care, Finance,Job Security; indeed, even in the types of automobiles that will be available to them; yet still insists on TOTAL privacy for himself?

I not only say no, I say HELL NO! Unless he shows us his Bona Fides; he should be impeached, at the VERY least.

The time to lock and load and join the skirmish line is drawing nigh quickly; I hope to see you beside me rather than in my gun sights, the prospect of firing upon my fellow Citizens is abhorrent to me, but less abhorrent than allowing our Republic to slide into Fascism without at least a good fight being brought against it.

billion in the first six months of the Obama presidency - with a

pass Obama's $3.53 trillion federal budget for fiscal 2010. That the
projected deficit over the next ten years would be greater than $10

5. What if I had told you that the Obama Justice Department would
order FBI agents to read Miranda rights to high-value detainees
captured on the battlefield and held at US military detention
facilities in Afghanistan. That Obama would order the closing of
the Guantanamo detention facility with no plan for the disposition of
the 200-plus individuals held there. That several of the suspected
terrorists at Guantanamo would be sent to live in freedom
in Bermuda at the expense of the US government. That our returning US
veterans would be labeled terrorists and put on a watch list.

6. What if I had told you that the federal government would seek
powers to seize key companies whose failures could jeopardize the
financial system. That a new regulatory agency would be proposed by
Obama to control loans, credit cards, mortgage-backed securities, and

7. What if I had told you that Obama would travel to the Middle East,
bow before the Saudi king, and repeatedly apologize for America's past
actions. That he would travel to Latin America where he would warmly

audience while Nicaraguan Marxist thug Daniel Ortega charged
America with terrorist aggression in Central America.

8. Okay, now what if I were to tell you that Obama wants to dismantle
conservative talk radio through the imposition of a new "Fairness
Doctrine." That he wants to curtail the First Amendment rights of
those who may disagree with his policies via Internet blogs, cable
news networks, or advocacy ads. That most major network television
and most newspapers will only sing his phrases like state-run media
in communist countries?

9. What if I were to tell you that the Obama Justice Department is
doing everything it can to limit your Second Amendment rights to keep
and bear arms. That the federal government wants to reinstate the
so-called assault weapons ban which would prohibit the sale of any
type of firearm that requires the shooter to pull the trigger every
time a round is fired. That Obama's Attorney General wants to
eliminate the sale of virtually all handguns and ammunition,
which most citizens choose for self-defense.
Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America."

10. What if I were to tell you that the Obama plan is to eliminate
states rights guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment and give the federal
government sweeping new powers over policies currently under the
province of local and state governments and voted on by the people.
That Obama plans to control the schools, energy production,
the environment, health care, and the wealth of every US citizen.
Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America."

11. What if I were to tell you that the president, the courts, and the federal government
have ignored the US Constitution and have seized powers which the founders of our country
fought to restrict. That our last presidential election may have been our last truly free election
for some time to come. That our next presidential election may look similar to the one recently
held in Iran. (And maybe under review by ACORN.)
I know, I know what you will say. That will never happen in America.

If we don't do everything in our power to stop this madness in 2010,
may God have mercy on our souls. Pass this on to every freedom loving American you can.

She snorted. 'You don't have any arms either!'

A man had just settled into his seat next to the window on the plane when another man sits down in the aisle seat and puts his black Labrador in the middle seat next to the man...

The first man looks very quizzically at the dog and asks why the dog is allowed on the plane.

The second man explains that he is a Drug Enforcement Agency officer and the dog is a 'Sniffer dog'. 'His name is Smithy and he's the best there is. I'll show you once we get airborne, when I put him to work.'

The plane takes off, and once it has leveled, the agent says: Watch this.' He tells Smithy to 'search'.

Smithy jumps down, walks along the aisle, and finally sits very purposefully next to a woman for several seconds Smithy then returns to his seat and puts one paw on the agent's arm.

The agent says, 'Good boy', and he turns to the man and says: 'That woman is in possession of marijuana, so I'm making a note of her seat number and the authorities will apprehend her when we land.'

'Say, that's pretty neat,' replies the first man.

Once again, the agent sends Smithy to search the aisles. The Lab sniffs about, sits down beside a man for a few seconds, returns to his seat and this time, he places TWO paws on the agent's arm.

The agent says, that man is carrying cocaine, so again, I'm making note of his seat number for the police.' I like it!' says his seat mate.

The agent then tells Smithy to 'search' again.

Smithy walks up and down the aisles for a little while, sits down for a moment and then comes racing back to the agent, jumps into the middle seat and proceeds to shit all over the place.

The first man is really amazed by this behavior and can't figure out how or why a well-trained dog would behave like this, so he asks the agent 'What's going on?'

The agent nervously replies, 'He just found a bomb.'

He had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard, while he continued to fight the fire.
When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest.

A photographer from the Charlotte , North Carolina newspaper, noticed her in the distance looking at the fireman.

He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondered what she was going to do.

As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies and kissed him just as the photographer snapped this photograph.

So simple, so elegant, so self-evident. President Reagan understood what was at the core of the dispute of the Cold War Era; Individual liberty and basic Human Freedom vs. control by the State in all aspects of life.

Well, the Cold War is over, and WE WON...the problem now is that we are having the same arguments internally, and the Statists are winning.

The "Progressive" movement and the PC crowd have combined forces to subvert every founding principle that this Country was founded upon and are leading us as surely to a state of Despotism as if the old Soviet Union had overcome us in the Cold War - indeed, they are more successful at it by being members of our society and not a foreign body trying to subvert us from outside. It's always easier to fight the outsider, but when the enemy is "one of our own" they become orders of magnitude more difficult to oppose.

But oppose them we must, and with every fiber of our being, lest we become who we opposed for so long and with so much expenditure of blood and treasure.

My recommended first step for those that believe that an overwhelming State is not about to be thrust upon is to read the "Cap & Trade" legislation recently passed through Congress without any of the Members having read it. I mean REALLY READ some of the provisions in that monstrosity. Pay particular attention to what is contained on page 16 -- the so-called "protection of private insurance act" anyone with more than a 6th grade education HAS to realize that that rider does EXACTLY the opposite of what it's title would have you believe. It destroys private insurance through attrition with the end result of every Citizen becoming beholden to the Federal Government for their health care, WITH NO RECOURSE to escape (UNLESS you happen to be a Senator or Congressman---wonder why the program is good enough for the Electorate, but not for the Political class ?!?) And that is the mere tip of the iceberg...

I regret to say that the time is fast approaching when it WILL become necessary to take up arms against our own Government if we wish to retain those rights and freedoms that the Founders envisioned as our Natural Due. It is NOT subversion to make that statement; the Founders themselves advocated that "when a government becomes oppressive to the People, the People not only have the Right to oppose it, but the DUTY to do so.

To all of you have served in the Military or as a Peace Officer:
REMEMBER YOUR OATH, and ACT accordingly.

After reviewing acknowledgments of God from all 50 state constitutions, one is faced with the prospect that maybe, the ACLU and the out-of-control federal courts are wrong! If you found this to be 'food for thought' pass this along to as many as you think will be enlightened, as I hope you were. Considering ALL 50 states ackowledge a debt to God for their freedoms and form of self governence, I think it safe to say that we were, indeed, founded as a religious nation, and continued to be so at least up to the inclusion of the 50th State, Hawaii, in 1959. It is the New Order socialists that seem to fear acknowledging that fact...maybe because it would be an impediment to their gaining and using power?

Some of you will recall that on July 8, 1947, a little over 60 years ago, witnesses claim that an unidentified flying object (UFO) with five aliens aboard crashed onto a sheep and mule ranch just outside Roswell, New Mexico. Oh REALLY ?!? Tell me that if it had been a gang of WHITE teenagers attacking a BLACK family that it wouldn't be plastered across NATIONAL headlines as a "hate crime", instead of just a puff piece in the local rag with the Police doing the usual "not enough information at this time to say" shuffle.

I do not subscribe to the "hate crime" law mentality, and this is one of the reasons why, such legislation always seems to end up giving minority (whether racial, cultural or sexually orientated) segments of the population preferential treatment under the law, to the detriment of everyone else. Having said that, just tell me in the name of all that is just could an incident where one racial group attacks another racial group, while SAYING in essence that is was motivated by the other groups race (this is OUR/a black world?) that it could NOT be a hate crime under any sane equally applied definition ?

All the race pimping organizations will no doubt defend the youts by spouting out the same old tired rhetoric as "merely being frustrated by being treated as a second class citizen by a white power structure" and calling for "more understanding and tolerance of the Black mans condition/place in our society"..

I say call a spade a spade and treat these punks as just what they are, racist hoodlums and gangsta wannabes. Charge them with assault resulting in serious bodily injury and sentence them accordingly if found guilty, and tack on the extra time assigned to "hate crimes" to boot to demonstrate the message that we ARE all equal under the law and that racially motivated crimes will be punished more severely. As I said, I don't subscribe to "hate crime" legislation, but as long as that legislation is on the books, apply it equally for all races/cultures/orientations.
