The real shame is that these men have already been tarnished forever, no matter what the outcome of the Article 32 procedings.

That the Marine Corps has allowed the procedings to become a political football for partisian forces is a greater stain on the honor of the Corps than the incident itself, should it prove to be borne out as being actually true.
