Guy, I'm doing fairly well; it's really HARD to keep my sugar level below 150, but I'm learning, slowly but surely. Angina has been a constant friend, but the Nitroquick is controlling it to a bearable level. Been raining too much to get much riding time lately; I can hardly wait to get back in the saddle; riding is the BEST medicine for me.
