A car dealer in Missouri is offering a free AK-47 with the purchase of a new vehicle from his dealership, and it has a CNN reporterette quaking in her broadcast chair.
She seemed to be most offended that the dealership motto had both the terms of God and guns within the same sentence. The twit also had the idiocy to state ' I can understand the desire to protect oneself, I grew up with weapons in my childhood rural house, but using a "semi-assault" rifle is overkill' O RLY? I'm certain that her father probably had either a 30-30, 30-06 or 12 gauge shotgun, and there is certainly no quantitative difference in lethality between those weapons and an AK-47, but as usual, GFW "reporter" doesn't know her pretty derriere from a cess pit in the ground when it comes to weaponry. That fact doesn't stop her from trying to sow fear among her viewers about the Evil Guns to be released to spread havoc on society by "gasp!" believers in a Higher Deity.

I know who I'd buy my next vehicle from, if I lived in the 'show me' state. Heck, might even be worth a road trip, I need a new truck....

Funny thing about being a Nation run under the idea of The Rule of Law..would-be dictators soon run into the hard fact of life that our Law usually stymies their effort for total control. Justice may be slow, but in the end, it usually prevails.

Just for review, our Constitution states that to be eligible to run for President, one must:

1) Have reached an age of 35 or older, and,

2) Be a naturally born Citizen of the United States.

It is this second requirement that has the "Birthers" in such a state of anger. First of all, there has been no DEFINITIVE proof shown that the current occupant of the Oval Office was indeed, born in the U.S., and secondly, under our Immigration rules; even IF Barry WAS born in the U.S.; that "natural born" status was lost to him when he was adopted by a foreign national and moved to that foreign nationals home country to live. His mother's status as a Native Citizen was not enough for him to retain his Citizenship, as she was too young and had lived outside America too long for that citizenship to be naturally conferred on Barry; under the BEST of circumstances,he would have held Dual Citizenship, and Dual Citizens are barred by the Constitution from holding the Office of President, Vice President, or Speaker of the House.

The FACT that Barrack Hussein Obama was legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro is not in dispute; the FACT that BHO was taken to live in Indonesia, Mr. Soetoro's homeland is not in dispute. The FACT that BHO OFFICIALLY lived in Indonesia as an INDONESIAN CITIZEN seems to be officially ignored by the Democratic Party, the Congress, and certainly the MSM.

Somebody help me out here. If our Constitution states that dual citizens are not eligible to serve as President, HOW did Barry get around this little detail?

It was KNOWN by BOTH the Democratic and the Republican parties that this man was NOT ELIGIBLE to run for the office he now sits in; the Democrats didn't care about a little thing like legal eligibility, all they cared about was electability, and the Republicans didn't have the spine to insist on full investigation into the matter of eligibility because they were too frightened about the charges of Racism sure to follow any such demand.

The Republican's own candidate faced the same questions of eligibility and the manner in which the the two men responded demonstrates the difference between the two sides.
Faced with the question, John McCain promptly released every document he needed to to demonstrate that he was, in fact, eligible. McCain refused to make BHO's status an issue, despite the fact that the Democrats had rabidly tried to bar him (from running) by the same reasoning with far less evidence.

Barrack Hussein Obama Soetoro, on the other hand has STILL not released ANY documents to demonstrate that eligibility; indeed, he has spent over a million dollars and employed eleven separate law firms in the court fights to prevent the release of ANY of his documents.
There is no reason to take those type of actions unless there is something in those documents that would preclude this man from even running, much less holding, the Office of President.

The old adage that "where there is smoke, there is fire" would certainly seem to apply. Do we REALLY want a man in our highest Office that can't even be honest enough to stand the scrutiny required to be involved in high political office? One who by his policies has shown his disregard for the privacy of the ordinary Citizen in matters of Health-Care, Finance,Job Security; indeed, even in the types of automobiles that will be available to them; yet still insists on TOTAL privacy for himself?

I not only say no, I say HELL NO! Unless he shows us his Bona Fides; he should be impeached, at the VERY least.

The time to lock and load and join the skirmish line is drawing nigh quickly; I hope to see you beside me rather than in my gun sights, the prospect of firing upon my fellow Citizens is abhorrent to me, but less abhorrent than allowing our Republic to slide into Fascism without at least a good fight being brought against it.

so they must be supervised by the government?

without congressional approval, accountable only to him, not to the
voters, who would have control over a wide range of US policy decisions.

a Cyber Security Czar, an Energy Czar, a Bank Bailout Czar, and more
than a dozen other government bureaucrats with unchecked regulatory
powers over US domestic and foreign policy.

4. What if I had told you that the federal deficit would be $915
billion in the first six months of the Obama presidency - with a
projected annual deficit of $1.75 trillion - triple the $454.8
billion in 2008, for which the previous administration was highly
criticized by Obama and his fellow Democrats. That congress would
pass Obama's $3.53 trillion federal budget for fiscal 2010. That the
projected deficit over the next ten years would be greater than $10
trillion.

5. What if I had told you that the Obama Justice Department would
order FBI agents to read Miranda rights to high-value detainees
captured on the battlefield and held at US military detention
facilities in Afghanistan. That Obama would order the closing of
the Guantanamo detention facility with no plan for the disposition of
the 200-plus individuals held there. That several of the suspected
terrorists at Guantanamo would be sent to live in freedom
in Bermuda at the expense of the US government. That our returning US
veterans would be labeled terrorists and put on a watch list.

6. What if I had told you that the federal government would seek
powers to seize key companies whose failures could jeopardize the
financial system. That a new regulatory agency would be proposed by
Obama to control loans, credit cards, mortgage-backed securities, and
other financial products offered to the public.

7. What if I had told you that Obama would travel to the Middle East,
bow before the Saudi king, and repeatedly apologize for America's past
actions. That he would travel to Latin America where he would warmly
greet Venezuela's strongman Hugo Chavez and sit passively in the
audience while Nicaraguan Marxist thug Daniel Ortega charged
America with terrorist aggression in Central America.

8. Okay, now what if I were to tell you that Obama wants to dismantle
conservative talk radio through the imposition of a new "Fairness
Doctrine." That he wants to curtail the First Amendment rights of
those who may disagree with his policies via Internet blogs, cable
news networks, or advocacy ads. That most major network television
and most newspapers will only sing his phrases like state-run media
in communist countries?

9. What if I were to tell you that the Obama Justice Department is
doing everything it can to limit your Second Amendment rights to keep
and bear arms. That the federal government wants to reinstate the
so-called assault weapons ban which would prohibit the sale of any
type of firearm that requires the shooter to pull the trigger every
time a round is fired. That Obama's Attorney General wants to
eliminate the sale of virtually all handguns and ammunition,
which most citizens choose for self-defense.

10. What if I were to tell you that the Obama plan is to eliminate
states rights guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment and give the federal
government sweeping new powers over policies currently under the
province of local and state governments and voted on by the people.
That Obama plans to control the schools, energy production,
the environment, health care, and the wealth of every US citizen.
Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America."

11. What if I were to tell you that the president, the courts, and the federal government
have ignored the US Constitution and have seized powers which the founders of our country
fought to restrict. That our last presidential election may have been our last truly free election
for some time to come. That our next presidential election may look similar to the one recently
held in Iran. (And maybe under review by ACORN.)
I know, I know what you will say. That will never happen in America.

If we don't do everything in our power to stop this madness in 2010,
may God have mercy on our souls. Pass this on to every freedom loving American you can.

Finally, after months of controversy and dissension on Mr. Obama's legal citizenship status, the Obama family has released his birth certificate to be perused by the general public. Seems the Fiddy Twoers were correct, and he is a natural born citizen; here's the proof:

So at last we can move on, secure in the knowledge that we can only question the Resident's performance, not his basic eligibility for the position he holds...

After reviewing acknowledgments of God from all 50 state constitutions, one is faced with the prospect that maybe, the ACLU and the out-of-control federal courts are wrong! If you found this to be 'food for thought' pass this along to as many as you think will be enlightened, as I hope you were. Considering ALL 50 states ackowledge a debt to God for their freedoms and form of self governence, I think it safe to say that we were, indeed, founded as a religious nation, and continued to be so at least up to the inclusion of the 50th State, Hawaii, in 1959. It is the New Order socialists that seem to fear acknowledging that fact...maybe because it would be an impediment to their gaining and using power?

Mentorship and associations are one thing, but what have Obama's words and actions revealed about his attitudes toward labor, capital, profits and government control of business and industry? Well, he said that he would raise capital gains tax rates, even if it reduced revenues, as a matter of fairness. It's only fair to make everyone poorer if you believe profits are inherently evil. He told Joe the Plumber he wants to spread the wealth around. He talked about confiscating Exxon Mobil's profits and giving them to consumers, saying 'they are not going to give up those profits easily.' He called Chrysler creditors 'speculators' and castigated them for refusing to accept his extortionist reorganization plan. He berated Wall Street for making profits, saying 'now is not (the) time' for them to 'rake in profits.' He and his wife even railed against the pursuit of profit in their respective commencement addresses. He abused the power of his office to steal money from GM and Chrysler shareholders and transfer it to the proletariat, I mean, the United Auto Workers. He redistributed taxpayer money from those who have paid their mortgages to those who have not. He is desperately trying to spread the misery and impoverish businesses and individuals through his cap and tax plan, which no proponent of economic growth and prosperity would consider supporting. And in addition to gobbling up other businesses and industries, he is trying to nationalize medicine -- to siphon off the evil surplus value charged by doctors and insurance companies -- on the flawed Marxist theory that he can reduce costs overall, when the reason health care costs have already skyrocketed is that market forces have been suppressed in the industry. You don't have to call him a Marxist, but at least understand where his heart is." -- David Limbaugh

I would call Mr. Obama not only a Marxist, but a Fascist to boot, not to mention an unqualified Usurper to the Office he holds.
